Notice of some amenities being made fee-based and the request to bring your own amenities

In response to the growing demand for a circular economy, including the "Plastic Resource Recycling Promotion Act" that came into effect in April 2022, our company is also working to reduce plastic waste by encouraging guests to bring their own amenities and strengthening our efforts to reduce plastic waste.We will switch some amenities to environmentally friendly, plastic-free or reduced-plastic products and sell them for a fee. This will help us to reduce plastic waste.We ask for your cooperation in bringing your own amenities from home when you stay with us.The following amenities will not be provided in your room. They will be available at the front desk.

Information on "Amenity Keep" Service

With the enactment of the "Plastic Resource Recycling Promotion Act" in Japan, we have decided to provide amenities that customers are familiar with every day so that we can contribute to the reduction of plastic by eliminating the amenities that are discarded after each stay. We offer a service to store your amenity pouch. We offer a service called "Amenity Keep" that can be kept at the hotel.
For customers who wish to keep amenities, we will give a special pouch free of charge. Please contact the hotel service center for details.

* We cannot keep valuables. Please contact us for more information.
* The dedicated pouch is Free for the first time only. After that, it will be charged.
